Times I Eat
When I'm hungry
When I'm sad
When I'm mad
When I'm bored
When I'm stressed out
When I have nothing better to do
When I do have things better to do
When I'm lonely
When I feel fat
When I feel unloved
When I feel bad about myself
When I feel like a failure
See what I mean? Most of the time, I eat for other reasons other than hunger. I snack at the computer, I eat while watching TV. When I work at Sonic before my diet, I would eat popcorn chicken, cheddar peppers with ranch dressing, and a Reeses blast. Not wonderfully healthy food, huh?
But I am ready to change all of that. The reason I made this list tonight (and I never post on Sundays...) is that I need to know when I am tempted to eat. So instead of eating, I need to ask myself why I am doing so. And if it is for a reason other than hunger, I need to take care of the reason...not fill up on goodies.
